Restroom trailer tech specs
Our restroom trailer specs list 8 measurements, so you can check gate width, ground space and water needs before booking. The figures come from our own fleet and typical manufacturer data for this unit type.
Specs vary by trailer size; we confirm the model, tank size and power draw at booking. Trailers have steps and are not wheelchair-accessible — pair with an ADA unit.

What does a restroom trailer need on site?
A restroom trailer needs three things: level, firm ground the truck can reach, a garden hose connection or onboard water, and two standard 120-volt outlets on separate circuits within about 100 feet. Without power, add a quiet generator. Without a hose, we fill the onboard tank.
- Clear path at least 10 feet wide and 13 feet tall for the truck
- Ground that will not sink — avoid wet clay lawns after a storm
- Distance from the reception so guests walk 30–60 seconds, not 3 minutes
How many guests does a restroom trailer serve?
A 2-stall restroom trailer serves about 100 to 150 guests for a 5-hour evening event. A 3- or 4-stall trailer serves about 200 to 300 guests. Bars and long receptions push those numbers down, so add a standard or ADA unit for overflow and accessibility.
| Guests | Trailer | Add |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 150 | 2-stall | 1 ADA unit if public |
| 150–250 | 3-stall | 1 ADA unit |
| 250–350 | 4-stall | 1–2 standard + 1 ADA |
Every restroom trailer needs a garden hose and two standard outlets on separate circuits. We confirm both before quoting, so there are no surprises on delivery day.

Restroom trailer questions
These are the 5 restroom trailer questions Mesquite renters ask most before booking: what comes inside, how much space the unit needs, and when to upgrade to something else. Each answer matches what our dispatch team tells renters on the phone.
Do restroom trailers have air conditioning?
Most of ours do, which matters in Mesquite summers. A/C needs the full two-outlet power supply.
Can a trailer go in my backyard?
Only if the truck can reach it through a wide gate or driveway and the ground is level and firm. Many trailers go on the driveway instead.
Do you provide an attendant?
For large weddings and galas we can schedule a mid-event service or attendant. Ask when you book.
What if I do not have power?
We can arrange a quiet generator or suggest a VIP cabin that runs on battery light.
How far ahead should I book a trailer?
At least two weeks, and 1–3 months for April, May, October and November Saturdays.
